Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have scholarships available for students?
Yes! If you are unable to afford the registration fee, please email the Camp Coordinator at
What if my student can no longer attend? How do I cancel their registration? What is your refund policy?
We understand that things may come up. As soon as you are aware your camper is unable to attend, please email
Note: We cannot move your camper or provide a refund withing 48 hours of the start of the camp (Saturday, 9:00am). There are no exceptions, including emergencies and/or sickness.
What do you mean by 'rising' 6th-9th graders?
We split up the grades based on the grade they are going to be in starting Fall 2026. For example, if your student is a 7th grader for the academic year 2025-2026, they will be considered a rising 8th grader, and should be registered for a camp for 8th and 9th graders.
Can I register more than one student?
Yes! Just make sure you are registering your student for the appropriate grade range of the camp.
Can my student attend more than one camp?
Yes! Camps will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Note that if you see a camp with the same title (i.e. Camp Build) it will be the same content each week, so you will not want to register for the same camp.
What if my student has special needs/needs accomodations?
We will do our best to accomodate the needs of your student. Please indicate on the Liability Waiver any accomodations your student may need. Note that we do not have onsite paraprofessionals or medical staff.
What if my student has dietary restrictions/allergies?
We will do our best to accomodate the dietary needs of your student. Please indicate on the Liability Waiver any allergies and/or dietary restrictions your student may have. If we are unable to accomodate the needs of your student, they are welcome to bring their own labeled snacks and lunches. We have refrigerators and microwaves available at all camp locations.
What if I need support for transportation for my student?
Transportation is not provided for students. However, we can provide free city bus passes upon request.
What time can I drop off and pick up my camper?
Please drop off your camper no earlier than 8:45am and pick them up no later than 2:15pm. Campers are not able to remain on campus unattended before or after the camps.
What should my student bring to camp?
We will provide snacks and lunch for the campers, but we encourage your student to bring a refillable water bottle with their name on it. Depending on the camp, it might also be a good idea to wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing.
What if the camp my student is interested in is full?
You are welcome to add your camper to the Wait List if a camp is full. If there are any cancellations prior to the start of the camp, we will contact those on the wait list as they were added to see if they would still like to attend the camp.
Safety and Health
The safety of our campers is the number one priority. All of our instructors have gone through an extensive background check and will be equipped with a First Aid Kit on hand. If your camper is experiencing any symptoms of being sick (i.e. high fever, runny nose, cough) please keep them at home for the safety and health of other campers and instructors.
Who should I contact if I have more questions?
