ITS is aware of a known error affecting the new Self Service Registration system when attempting to add or drop courses.

 

When attempting to add or drop a course through the new Self-Service Registration system, the error states: "A server call failed with error code: You may need to reload the page to continue."

 

The error pop-up gives two options: "Reload" and "Continue". If you use the "reload" button the error will still persist.  If you use the "continue" button the search function no longer returns results and you cannot select any additional courses to add.

 

Please know that ITS is actively working with the product vendor to resolve this issue.  In the meantime, we have developed a set of steps to take that you can take to continue registering.

 

  • To continue to add or drop a courses, you can temporarily utilize the old Self-Service Registration system.
    • If you are not currently signed into the portal, this will prompt for a myCCC Login.

 

NOTE: Please only use this system if you are experiencing the issue. Do not bookmark this page. Once the issue has been resolved, the link to the old system will no longer be available.
