Write-On: Research
What is Write-On? Write-On is a comprehensive workshop series that guides students through the writing process, from the time they are assigned a paper until the day they hand in their final paper. The workshops cover pre-writing, research, citations, outlining, organization, rough drafts, editing, and final revisions.
Session 2: Research
Sources are necessary for papers, but their inclusion can be difficult. This workshop will explain how to incorporate your sources into your paper and how to properly cite your sources. Properly using your sources makes sure that you are able to show the research you have done for your paper, and makes sure you are properly giving others credit for their work.
Students are encouraged to bring homework assignments.
