DIY - Plumbing
This DIY course will cover the most common plumbing problems encountered around the house and how to fix them, as well as simple installations of new parts for improvements. You'll learn about maintenance and repair for dripping faucets, sinks, aerators, common toilet problems and solutions, supply lines, clogs and leaks in drain pipes. We'll cover what essential tools you'll need to complete the job and how to use them safely, and also knowing when to call a professional. This class will be held at CCC's Construction Technology Lab on the Fourth Street Campus.

Instructor Vance Peterson is a faculty member in CCC's Construction Technology Program where he teaches courses on electrical systems, solar home design, blueprint reading, estimating, any many more subjects. Before teaching at CCC he spent 25 years as a residential and commercial general contractor, and 3 years as a Building Inspector and Building Plans Examiner for the City of Flagstaff.
