The Art of Making Tiramisu
Join us for this hands-on class as we create world-class tiramisu desserts from scratch! You will learn how to make a traditional filling made of mascarpone cheese and whipped cream. Afterwards you will assemble the lady fingers soaked in espresso coffee to make something truly special. You'll then garnish your finished tiramisu with a generous dusting of cocoa. In addition, we will discuss the ways in which you can incorporate various flavors, and present your delicious tiramisu to your family and friends.

All materials and supplies are included in the course fee. Each participant will take home their own 5x9-inch tiramisu dessert dish.

Lyvier Conss has over 20 years of experience working with confectionery delights with special emphasis on chocolate. She has mastered the essential skills of the trade, including tempering, dipping, molding, decorating and sculpting chocolate. She is always taking new baking and confectionery courses to improve her knowledge of preparing the sweets of the world, and loves sharing her recipes and techniques with others.
