She has Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. When Alexis was just 14, she received a hand-me-down DSLR and started taking photos any chance she could get. A digital photography class in high school further spurred her love of photography. While in college, Alexis had a chance to take another digital photography and was asked by multiple friends to take photos for their music recital posters. In 2013, Alexis photographed her first wedding and was hooked! Alexis works full time at Coconino Community College, while maintaining her photography business: Alexis Ann Photography. She specializes in all types of portrait photography, including weddings, family, newborn, and more.
