Positive Conflict Resolution: Transform Team Differences Into Strengths
Even in a high-functioning team, stress is inevitable and conflict can result. This interactive workshop will focus on three of the most important skills in managing others. We will with understanding Self, Team, Strength/ Pitfalls in Organizational Conflicts.


* Why Conflict is Normal and Why Trust is Essential* What is the Responsibility of a Manager in Conflict: Self-Management (Skill-building) * What is Conflict: What is the Deeper Story? (Skill-building: Strengths v Opportunity) * What are common strategies in managing conflict and when are they the right strategy (Skill-building: Conflict Modes)

Participants should bring a notebook/ journal, pen/ pencil, business cards, and water. Wear comfortable shoes, depending on the group, we may be moving around a bit.

There will be a drawing for a free 30 minute laser coaching session (Value $150) to further develop individual understanding/ awareness on these and/ or other management topics with Michelle Gray. Depending on size of group, more than one may be awarded.

About the Instructor:Michelle Gray, PhD

Michelle Gray is an Organizational Psychologist and Executive Coach in Flagstaff AZ. She has provided Organizational Coaching and Consulting since 1991. Her clients have ranged from small, closely held family businesses to non-profits to Fortune 500 corporations. Her specializations include HR/ Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Development, Team Building, Wellness Programs, and Creative Depth Activity Coaching. She is a Clinical Fellow AAMFT, a Member of SIOP and ACCIO (National and Arizona Professional Organizational Psychology Organizations), and a qualified coach through International Coaching Federation (gold standard for Coaching). She was Route 66 Venture Crew Leader of the Year in Michelle has recently retired from her adjunctive clinical practice and is currently focusing on her consulting and coaching offerings.
