Congratulations to the Class of 2020!

Even with social distancing and stay at home orders, you can still celebrate!  You completed the hard work to get your degree or certificate so take some time to recognize your accomplishments. It might be a little more challenging than usual, but you can plan a graduation celebration that keeps everyone safe.

Make it a Special Occasion

  • Plan a watch party for the College’s virtual commencement ceremony.
  • The video will be available starting at 2:00 p.m. on May 15th on the College’s homepage.
  • Invite family and friends to join in a video call.
  • Call relatives and friends that don’t have access to a video call so they can share in the celebration.
  • Order a cake for pickup from a local bakery or food for pickup or delivery from a local restaurant.
  • Make or find a great playlist for your party and share it with family and friends.
  • Dress up and ask guests to dress up.We all feel more like celebrating in our party clothes.
  • Think about setting a date later this year for an in-person celebration.
