It's time to recognize the accomplishments of students who completed a degree or certificate in Fall 2021, or who have an active graduation application for Spring or Summer 2022. CCC is excited to celebrate your achievement; keep an eye on your CCC student email (@students.coconino.edu) for direct communication regarding all things commencement.

Due to the pandemic, CCC held virtual commencement ceremonies in 2020 and 2021. We are happy to invite all 2020 and 2021 graduates back to campus to participate in the May 2022 ceremony and celebrate in person! Keep an eye on your email for direct communication and check this page for updates.
If you are a previous graduate:
- 2020 - Fall 2019, Spring 2020, Summer 2020
- 2021 - Fall 2020, Spring 2021, Summer 2021
- 2022 - Fall 2021
CCC sent your diploma(s) to the mailing address you had on file with the College at the time you graduated. You can also view previously awarded degrees and certificates by logging in to myCCC and viewing your unofficial transcript or Degree Works (check under "Previous Degree" listed under your name and student ID number).
If you are a current applicant for graduation:
- 2022 - Spring 2022, Summer 2022
CCC sent email notifications to your student email address (@students.coconino.edu). You can also view your application status by logging in to myCCC and viewing Degree Works - check under "Grad Status" listed under your name and student ID number.
No. If you are a previous graduate (Fall 2021 or earlier), CCC sent your diploma(s) to the mailing address you had on file with the College at the time you graduated. - "Cleared to Graduate" - means a degree has been awarded
- "Applied to Graduate" - means you have an active application
Students are often enrolled in degree programs that have embedded certificates - like an AA degree with an AGEC certificate, or a Pre-Health Careers AAS degree with a Pre-Health Certificate. It's likely that you have completed the certificate requirements on the way to completing your degree - congrats! Milestone achieved!
The ceremonies are based on which degree/certificate you earned or are currently an applicant to earn - check out the lists below to see which ceremony your degree/certificate program falls under.
We will also send out ceremony-specific communications to each group; if you are an Arts & Sciences student your email notifications will say 10am, if you are a Career & Technical Education student your email notifications will say 2pm.
Both ceremonies (10am and 2pm) will be held in the V. Philip Tullar Commons at the Flagstaff Lone Tree Campus. Parking will be free and open to the public.

Yes. Professional photographer Sean Openshaw will be taking photos and have them available for purchase on his website after the ceremony.

Yes. The ceremony will be live streamed on YouTube and recorded there.
All graduates will receive their diplomas through the U.S. Postal Service shortly after the following print dates:
- Fall 2021 - February 1, 2022
- Spring 2022 - June 1, 2022
- Summer 2021 - August 31, 2022
If you are a candidate for Spring 2022 or Summer 2022 graduation, make sure to verify and/or update your mailing address on student self-service , this is where we will mail your diploma.
If you are a graduating member of PTK or TRIO, or are a graduating Veteran, the College recognizes your membership in these groups as part of the commencement ceremony. PTK, TRIO and Veteran graduates wear cords with their regalia (cap and gown).
PTK - members were contacted regarding honors cords for commencement. If you did not receive a message, or if you have any questions, please contact your PTK Advisors.
Veterans - receive a red, white and blue cord to wear prior to the ceremony. Students will be sent an email regarding a Student Awards Ceremony event that occurs a few weeks before commencement. If you are not able to receive your cord at the Student Awards Ceremony, then you can find us at the Veterans center prior to commencement and we will provide one to you at that time.
