Welcome! The following steps will guide you to becoming a student at Coconino Community College.
1 Apply for Admission
The College welcomes any person seeking enrollment. There is no cost to apply, simply complete the online application.

2 Residency Requirements & Proposition 300 Requirements
Documentation for both Arizona residency and U.S. citizenship MUST be established by all students who wish to apply for in-state or in-county tuition status.
You will be asked to provide information and documentation for residency within the online application. In some cases, we may follow up with you to get more information before making a residency determination.

3 Log into myCCC & Student Email
After you submit the application, you will receive your CCC login information and instructions via your personal email. This usually only takes a couple of hours during business days. Instructions will also be provided in this email. It is important that you login and setup your profile and change your password. All CCC communications will be sent to your student email account.
Students can access the myCCC portal through the CCC main webpage: www.coconino.edu or under Quick Links in the menu.
Upon admission students will receive an email to the personal email address used in the application with their Comet ID and a link to a First Time User Setup process. The First Time User Setup will walk you through creating a new password, and setting up recovery information for recovery and future password resets.
4 Register for Placement Testing
Placement testing is required of all degree-seeking students in order to enroll in math or English courses and is recommended for modern languages. Students with proof of ACT/SAT scores or previous college work in these subjects are not required to test. You can register by calling 928-226-4323. You will need your Comet ID number and a valid photo ID to take the test(s).
5 Meet with an Academic Advisor
Coconino Community College advising can assist you in a degree plan. By understanding where you want to go, choosing your classes will be easier than you ever expected. For more information visit the Advising page.
6 View Class Schedule and Register for Classes
The online class schedule is the best way to view the most current classes available. If you live in Coconino County, a printed schedule will be mailed to you prior to the start of each semester. In addition, printed schedules are available at any of our campus locations.
Students can register online through the myCCC portal, in-person at Registration and Enrollment Services, or at an identified computer kiosk. When registering, you are securing your spot in the courses you want to take in the upcoming semester. Payment arrangements are due at the time of registration. Registration is not complete without payment arrangement.
7 Financial Aid
If you are interested in applying for state or federal assistance, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at studentaid.ed.gov. You must list Coconino Community College (school code 031004) as a recipient of the information. Note: If you have attended another college or university, you must send an official transcript(s) to CCC. For more information visit the Financial Aid page.
8 Payment & Parking
To make a payment and receive a parking permit: visit the Student Accounts desk at the Lone Tree Campus, Registration and Enrollment Services at the Fourth Street Street Campus, the front desk at the Page Instructional Site, or through the myCCC Portal.
Successful payment arrangement by the payment deadline ensures your course enrollment so that courses are not removed for non-payment. Payment arrangement includes the no fee options of cash, check, debit card (no fee for debit payments in-person, online debit payment have a 2.75% fee) or e-check (online only). Payment can be made online via credit, debit or e-check. However, debit and credit payments made online will be assessed a 2.75% convenience fee, online e-check payments have no additional fee. Payment arrangement also includes a financial aid award or enrollment in a payment plan. Payment plans can by logging into your myCCC account, click on Pay Your Bill, then click on “CASHNET – Pay Your Bill or Set-up a payment plan”, under Installment Payment Plans, click on enroll in the plan desired.
