Two times per year the College holds Employee Development Days. On Employee Development day the College closes to allow maximum participation by all members of the CCC community. The dates are chosen in advance in accordance with the Flagstaff Unified School district and College pay dates. All employees are invited to present informative workshops, roundtables or discussions and be an integral part of creating a day with their personal goals and intentions in mind. The spirit of the day is to build community and build morale in addition to improving employee skills and wellness. Employee Development Days are maturing and becoming part of our culture; the majority of attendees report they enjoy the day.
