Graduation Information

GRADUATION APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Meet with an advisor to complete the application for graduation. A choice of catalog must be declared at the time of application. All required documents, including official transcripts, must be submitted to Registration & Enrollment Services by the stated deadline for each session. The student must submit the completed application for graduation to Registration & Enrollment Services in person.
APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION DEADLINES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- Fall graduation: Application for graduation must be submitted no later than the first Monday of October. Certificates and/or diplomas will be available the following February.
- Spring graduation: Application for graduation must be submitted no later than the first Monday of March. Certificates and/or diplomas will be available the following June.
- Summer graduation: Application for graduation must be submitted no later than the first Monday of March. Certificates and/or diplomas will be available the following August.
GRADATION APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Make an appointment with your advisor to complete the graduation application and review your academic records. The application must be verified and signed by your Advisor prior to submission.
- Take the graduation application to the Registration & Enrollment Services before the deadline of the term in which you intend to complete the degree/certificate requirements.
- Watch your mail during the month of April with information regarding the Commencement Ceremony and when certificates/diplomas will be available.
