- Coconino Community College is required to provide students with an IRS Form 1098-T. This form will report qualified tuition and fees charged on each student account between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2011. CCC also reports scholarship and grants credited on each student account through CCC during the calendar year. You can expect to receive your annual Form 1098-T for 2011 by mail, postmarked no later than January 31, 2012. We will also make these forms available on your Web-4 account as soon as they are finalized. If you have not received your 1098-T information in the mail by February 6, 2012, please contact Account Receivable at 226-4237.
- Financial Aid for eligible students with direct deposit occurs on Fridays. Students who receive financial aid checks will get them in the mail several days after that. Checks may not be picked up at CCC. We encourage you to sign up for direct deposit. If your address is wrong in Self Service, we wait two weeks for the check to return before re-issuing it.
- 2011-12 FAFSAs arrive weekly on Thursday evenings around 5pm. Check your financial aid online through Self Service.
- Financial Aid for 2011-12 is awarded every Thursday morning to students whose files have been completed and verified by our office. Check your financial aid awards online through Self Service.
- Need help completing your FAFSA for the 2012-2013 school year? College Goal Sunday and Saturday TOO! will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2012 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at the CCC Lone Tree Campus. Volunteers from Coconino Community College and Northern Arizona University will be available to assist students complete their FAFSA online.
