Bookstore Vouchers will be available at the CCC Bookstore and Parking Permit Voucher will be available at Security for students who have financial aid awarded that covers all tuition/fees for fall 2011 and have a remaining credit amount due. Both the Bookstore Vouchers and Parking Permit Vouchers expire at 5pm on September 2, 2011. Students who do not utilize all of their Bookstore Voucher by September 2, 2011 will have those funds disbursed in an automatic refund amount September 9, 2011 if they have begun attendance in all of their fall classes.Students who qualify for Bookstore Vouchers and Parking Vouchers will get an email from us by August 17, 2011. If you do not get an email from us, you did not qualify for the vouchers.

Final date to complete the 2011-2012 FAFSA in order to have financial aid “hold” your spring 2012 classes. Please read other important dates and requirements below to ensure you are not dropped for non-payment.

Students completing their FAFSA or turning in their required financial aid documents after today should expect the process to take 30 days, not including the time that the college is closed for winter vacation and we advise those students to pay for their classes in full or sign up for the F.A.C.T.S. payment plan. The Financial Aid Office does not “hold” classes for files completed after 12/5/11.

Bookstore Vouchers are available, starting today until 1/27/12 at 5pm, at the CCC Bookstore. Parking Permit Vouchers are available, starting today until 1/27/12, at the CCC Flagstaff Lone Tree Security Office. These Vouchers are only available for students who have financial aid awarded that covers all tuition/fees for spring 2012 and have a remaining credit available. Students who qualify for Bookstore Vouchers and Parking Vouchers will receive an email from us by January 4, 2012. If you do not get an email from us, you did not qualify for the vouchers.

First financial aid disbursement of funds based on confirmed enrollment, attendance and participation in your classes. An automatic refund will be direct deposited into your bank account today. If you receive a check it should arrive a few days later. Students who have not attended one or more of their classes may have all of their financial aid delayed past this date pending confirmation of attendance by all instructors.
