Graduation Information

GRADUATION APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
 Spring and Summer semester applications for graduation must be completed no later than the first Monday of March.  A choice of catalog must be declared at the time of application.  All required documents, including official transcripts, must be submitted to Admissions and Records by the stated deadline for each session.    

APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION DEADLINES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
  • Fall graduation:  Application for graduation must be submitted no later than the first Monday of October. Certificates and/or diplomas will be available the following February.
  • Spring graduation:  Application for graduation must be submitted no later than the first Monday of March.  Certificates and/or diplomas will be available the following June.
  • Summer graduation:  Application for graduation must be submitted no later than the first Monday of March. Certificates and/or diplomas will be available the following August.

GRADUATION APPLICATION PROCESS:

  1. Set an appointment with your advisor to review your academic records and complete the graduation application.  The application must be verified and signed by your Advisor before the deadline of the term in which you intend to complete the degree/certificate requirements.

  2. Take the graduation application to the Admissions & Records Office.

  3. Watch your mail during the month of April with information regarding the Commencement Ceremony and when certificates / diplomas will be available.
  4. Spring 2008 Commencement Ceremony will be held May 9, 2008.
