Admission Requirements Status & Residency RequirementsCoconino Community College is open to any person for either regular or special admission if that person satisfies one of the following criteria established by the State Board of Directors for the Community College of Arizona (R7-1-20): Use the following Admission Level codes to select the one Admission Level which best describes you this semester.

RE (Regular Student): High School graduate, GED Completer, Transfer Student, Mature Student (over 18 years of age).

SP (Special Student): Still in high school. Applicants with status "SP" are limited to 6-8 credit hours OR 2 classes; advisor approval required.

Required Documents: Special High School Enrollment Form.

Students need only complete an application once prior to their first semester of enrollment.

Residency Requirements
Coconino Community College determines a student's residency status for tuition purposes based upon information supplied on College applications, affidavits, and additional information provided by the student. CCC notifies a student oh his/hers residency status upon admission. You are a resident of the state of Arizona if you have lived in Arizona for at least 12 consecutive months immediately preceding admission. Appeals or questions regarding residency status should be directed to Admissions and Records. For additional information concerning residency status should be directed to Admissions and Records.

Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) Program
WUE is the Western Undergraduate Exchange, a program coordinated by the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE).  Through WUE, students in western states may enroll in many two-year and four-year college programs at a reduced tuition level:  150% of the institution's  regular in-state resident tuition. If the student is a legal resident of Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming, then they are qualified for this program.  Mark the appropriate residence code on the application for admission form to be declared a WUE student.  Contact the Admissions and Records office for further information.

Coconino Community College uses the XAP Corporation as our on-line application provider.  Any student may apply on-line using our On-Line Application  process.

Step 4: Complete a Domicile Affidavit and mail it to Coconino Community College, Admissions, 2800 S Lone Tree Rd., Flagstaff, AZ 86001-2701; or return it in person to any of the CCC campuses.

Please allow 48 hours processing time.  You will receive a letter of Admissions within 1 week.

All students must Download the Domicile Affidatit .  You will need to print a hard copy, then complete the form and submit a copy to the Office of Admissions and Records.
