Fire System Maintenance & Inspection Service

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Coconino County Community College District is requesting Bids and statements of qualifications from qualified companies, pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-2533/4, “Competitive Sealed Bidding,” for review and consideration to provide Fire System Maintenance & Inspection Services.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE

A mandatory pre-Bid conference is scheduled for Thursday, November 6, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in room 301 at the main Flagstaff campus, 2800 S. Lone Tree Rd. , Flagstaff, AZ.  The purpose of this conference is to clarify the contents of this Request for Bid in order to prevent any misunderstanding of the College District’s position.  A tour of the Lone Tree and Fourth Street campuses will be conducted, drawings/schematics of the Page and Williams campuses will also be provided.  Any doubt as to the requirements of this Request for Bid or any apparent omission or discrepancy should be presented to the College District at this conference.  The College District will then determine the appropriate action necessary, if any, and issue a written amendment to the Request for Bid. 

Interested firms should contact Robert Sedillo, Director of Purchasing, Coconino Community College, 2800 S. Lone Tree Rd., Flagstaff, AZ. 86001 or call (928) 226-4283 to receive a Request for Bid. The bid shall be sealed and received by Coconino Community College on or before the bid due date of November 20, 2008 @ 2:00 p.m., MST.

The issuance of this request for bid in no way obligates the College District or State to award a contract. The College District may, at it's discretion, reject any or all bids, whole; or in part, and reserve the right to extend, modify or cancel this request for proposal, at any time, if it is deemed in the best interest of the College District or State.
