443-00 EMPLOYMENT OF COLLEGE PERSONNEL—POLICY

The District Governing Board by official action taken in open meeting may dismiss employees and determine salary schedules.

The District Governing Board delegates to the College President, or designee, authority for selection, placement and transfer of college personnel, subject to review by the Board.

The College President or designee is responsible for the establishment of procedures for the employment of College personnel, in accordance with Federal and State Laws and Regulations.
