302.01 Research Integrity

302-01 RESEARCH INTEGRITY—PROCEDURE

 

1.  PURPOSE
The College approves research involving its students, employees or facilities, including the protection of human participants.

2.  PROCEDURE

  1. Any party conducting research on behalf of the College submits the Intent to Research Application Form.

  2. Research proposals must be consistent with the College’s mission.Applications are reviewed using criteria published by the Institutional Research and Assessment Department.

  3. The Research Integrity Committee is maintained by the Institutional Research and Assessment Department to review and make recommendations on proposed research.

  4. Research cannot begin until formal written approval is granted by the Institutional Research and Assessment Director.
