30-00 MEETING CALENDAR/PUBLIC NOTICE—POLICY

The DGB shall meet and organize in January of each year. During the January organizational meeting, the DGB will establish an annual meeting calendar. Generally, the Board will meet 10 times per calendar year. Additional meetings, work sessions, and retreats will be scheduled as needed. The location, time, and date for each meeting will be determined by the DGB and included in the notice given to members and the public as required by law.

Notice of all meetings shall be posted at the places designated in the statement filed by the College with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of Coconino County (ARS 38-431 et seq.).
