Dr. Nathaniel “Nat” White Dr. Nat White has served on the CCC District Governing Board since January 1999. Currently he is serving as chair of the Arizona Association of District Governing Boards. White’s civic contributions have included serving on the Flagstaff City Council, the Technical Research Innovation Fund, the Flagstaff/Coconino County Library Foundation Board and the Sustainable Economical Development initiative. White came to Flagstaff in 1969 to work at Lowell Observatory as an astronomer. He has been the program manager for the Navy Prototype Optical Interferometer at Anderson Mesa south of Flagstaff. White retired in April 2007 from Lowell Observatory where he maintains the position of adjunct astronomer. |

Jane Corona Jane Corona has served on the CCC District Governing Board since 2005. She has a bachelor’s degree in child development from Colorado State University and a teaching certificate from Northern Arizona University. A Flagstaff resident of 23, Corona has owned two small businesses, and has taught and volunteered in the community. |

Dr. Eric Eikenberry Eric Eikenberry was appointed to the CCC District Governing Board in January 2007. This Williams resident is a general contractor and owner of As Your Wish Remodeling, Inc. He is co-owner of the FireLight Bed and Breakfast and an agent with Russ Lyon Realty of Williams. Eikenberry spent a career in higher education administration. He served as an associate dean in several community colleges and has had a broad range of responsibilities in areas such as distance learning, occupational and vocational programs, as well as academic programs. Eikenberry earned an associate’s degree from Mesa Community College, a bachelor’s degree in communication from Arizona State University and his master’s degree in educational leadership from Northern Arizona University. |

Patrick Hurley Patrick Hurley has served CCC for more than a decade on the Foundation board of directors and as president, District Governing Board member and president, and on the Citizens Advisory Committee. As owner of Construction Management Associates, Inc., Hurley offers construction management and general contracting services. He received his education from the Colorado community college system and civil engineering training at Colorado State University. Early business years included constructing and managing residential and heavy commercial projects in Colorado and work as a construction engineer on projects such as a nuclear power plant in Illinois and the worlds’ largest natural gas liquefaction facility in Saudi Arabia. A Flagstaff resident for 22 years, Hurley has been active in many community organizations. |

Val Gleave CCC District Governing Board Chair Val Gleave was originally elected as a board member in 1996. She had served on the Page City Council for four years and supported the council action to give city land to the college for the Page/Lake Powell Campus. Gleave also was involved in the city’s decision to partner with CCC for the Page City Library to be built on the Page/Lake Powell Campus, now a central component of the campus. Gleave has been a Page resident since 1993 and is the owner of Gleave Insurance Services. She has served on many committees and organizations that have played an important role in expanding the business community and opportunities in Page. |
