501       ADMISSIONS AND REGISTRATION POLICY

Admissions and registration policies are the responsibility of the Registrar/Director for Admissions to ensure open admissions and appropriate registration into courses that the student is qualified for and to comply with any College, state, and federal regulations.  Procedures include admission requirements, residency requirements, placement, catalog choice, student classification, course registration type, prerequisites, transferring credits to and from the C`ollege, and other related procedures.

Admissions and registration procedures are recommended by the Registrar/Director for Admissions and approved by the College President or designee in conjunction with the Dean for Student Services.
