420       EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

The District will provide benefits for employees as approved by the District Governing Board consistent with ARS 15-1444.  Eligibility for benefits will be determined based on the procedures established for each type of benefit.  Procedures for benefits will be determined by the College President or designee.

Benefit programs may be modified or discontinued by the District Governing Board at any time.
