303       ACADEMIC STANDARDS POLICY

 

Academic standards are the responsibility of faculty and professional staff to ensure academic integrity, appropriate progression through a program of study, criteria for academic performance, and student rights and responsibilities relative to academic procedures.  Procedures include attendance, evaluation, grading, grade appeals, repeating courses, academic standards, and academic progress.

 

Academic procedures are recommended by the Academic Standards Committee and approved by the College President or designee in conjunction with the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
