207       ACCOUNTING POLICY

The President of the College or  designee is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of an accounting system in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Uniform System of Accounting and Financial Reporting for Arizona Community College Districts (USAFR) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
