206       GRANTS POLICY

The Coconino Community College District Governing Board authorizes the President to apply for external funds provided the purposes of such funds help fulfill College Governing Board-approved policies, goals and objectives and that financial and other resources requirements can be met.  Funding applications and agreements which require the commitment of District Finances shall be reported to and be subject to ratification or approval by the Governing Board if such commitment of finances is not included in a previously-approved budget or other Governing Board action.
