205       BUDGET DEVELOPMENT POLICY

The President of the College or  designee is responsible for the preparation of the College budget for recommendation to the District Governing Board in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes and the Uniform System of Accounting and Financial Reporting for Arizona Community College District (USAFR).
