142       COPYRIGHT LAW FOR INFORMATION RESOURCES CENTER

Students and Employees of Coconino Community College are responsible for abiding by the Copyright Act, Title 17, of the United States Code, Section 101 et seq. The College reserves the right to set copyright and use standards under this Act. The President in consultation with appropriate staff and faculty will determine administrative procedures to govern copyright issues.
