106       DRUG AND ALCOHOL-FREE WORKPLACE POLICY

The College President or designee shall develop procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding a drug and alcohol free workplace/school environment.  Such procedures shall include development and implementation of a substance abuse awareness and prevention program in compliance with the U.S. Department of Education Drug Prevention Program Certification requirements.
