Coconino Community College is committed to practicing affirmative action to assure the full participation of women and members of minority groups at all levels. To help ensure the success of the College's commitment to equality of opportunity, appreciation of diversity, and institutional pluralism, responsibility is delegated throughout the College. Implicit in that responsibility is the establishment of reporting and monitoring procedures to identify problem areas, recognize innovative and successful pluralistic approaches, establish goals and track the progress of Affirmative Action and programs designed to assure the full participation of women and members of minority groups. The goal of these efforts is to enhance the work and educational utilization of diversity and human potential.
