A Heavenly Place
My dream is of a place I have never known—
a place where words do not bring down,
but encourage.
No more pain.
No more tears or sorrow.
Where nations rise up and
dance to one rhythm of unity—
hands of all colors joined together.
Songs of bubbling laughter flow.
Children whirl and twirl, and the
soft smiles of their parents shine with warmth.
No more hostility or revenge.
No more fear.
No more anger.
No more resentment.
No more bitterness and sin.
Only the roar of voices
which rise above
to praise the name
of the Creator.
This is my dream,
Which I eagerly await to come true.
