Please welcome our new Security Supervisor


 Greg Giangobbe joins CCC after a rewarding career of 24 years and 7 months with the Phoenix Police Department. Greg and his wife have a home in Flagstaff and planned to retire soon anyway and move permanently to the mountains.

For the past 15 years, Greg was the Lead Recruit Training Officer and Lead Defensive Tactics / use of force Instructor at the Arizona Law Enforcement Academy (ALEA) in Phoenix. Prior to his Academy assignment, Greg worked as a patrol officer as well as a Neighborhood Enforcement Officer, which encompassed the Block Watch program as well as other forms of crime prevention and enforcement.

Greg brings with him a BA in Political Science from the University of Arizona as well as a Master’s in Business and Organizational Security Management Webster University (Luke AFB).






Parking Permits for the new Academic Year of 2014 - 2015
are now available for purchase on the Lone Tree Campus.


You can get your form online or you can get your form at the registration counter on the Lone Tree Campus when you purchase your permit.  Please keep in mind that the 4th st Campus no longer offers any cashiering services, so you must purchase your permit on the Lone Tree Campus.


All vehicles parked on the 4th St campus or the Lone Tree campus must have a valid permit.

Parking information

Parking Permits placement & design have changed,  don't get a citation because you have your permit in the wrong location.

Parking Permits

Parking Permits are required to park on the Lone Tree and Fourth St Campus. Parking citations are issued to all vehicles without a current parking permit properly displayed.


Parking Permit Fee increase

Parking Permits for the 2014-2015 Academic Year will be increasing by $6.00.  A single permit will be $51.00 and a Transferrable will be $54.00.  Employee permits will cost $10.00 per vehicle but will still be limited to the employee parking lot.

Permits for the 2014-2015 Academic Year will go on sale in August of this year. You can pick them up at either our Lone Tree or 4th Street campuses.

You Received a Citation, now what?

You can appeal a citation you received but you have only 14 days from the date the citation was issued to submit your appeal.  Please visit our Security Forms & Appeal Information page for more information.  You can appeal citations online as well.

Please share the road with our bicycling community. Many people ride bikes to save on costs, so if you drive please be watchful and "Share the Road".


Bicycles can only be secured in the designated bicycle rack,  they are not allowed inside the buildings or any other area.  You can be cited for unauthorized parking of your bicycle.

Security does not supply locks,  be sure to bring a lock and lock your bicycle up in the designated  bike racks.

Skateboards can now be secured by the bike rack,  you will need your own padlock.
