Shared Borders - Maintaining Consistency between web pages

Shared Borders are sections of web pages in your Web that are constant. These sections can be visualized as headers and footers in form letters.  The advantage of using Shared Borders is that you can edit these sections and the changes will show up in all your web pages with Shared Borders in them.
