Please review the new procedures below for reserving & checking out Multimedia equipment. All multimedia requests are now being routed through the Help Desk.

A Multimedia Request Form must be completed prior to checking out any equipment.

As always, Multimedia Equipment is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please try to reserve/request equipment as far in advance as possible (no less than 48 hours) . Hard copies of the Multimedia Request Form can be found in the Student Computer Lab/LSC (4th Street) and at the Help Desk (Lone Tree campus). All equipment must be reserved in advance. Please do not move equipment from room-to-room, unless arrangements have been made with the Help Desk staff (x4357).

At the 4th Street Campus, all equipment must be picked up from the Student Computer Lab and must be signed out on the “Check-Out” form. When finished with the equipment, it must be returned to the Student Computer Lab and signed back in.

At the Lone Tree Campus, all portable equipment (digital cameras, laptops, etc.) must be signed out in the “Check-Out” binder which is located at the ITS Help Desk. When the equipment is returned, it must be signed back in. For larger equipment (computer carts, TV/VCR/DVD carts, etc.), you can pick it up or request delivery. Due to IT staff scheduling, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to ensure delivery of equipment.

* At this time, students are not allowed to check out equipment for use off-campus. Students must arrange for use of equipment through their instructor.

For questions regarding the use of Multimedia Equipment, or procedures, please contact Rick McDonald (226-4278).
