At the Spring 2007 Faculty Retreat, CCC faculty responded to the initial work of the Faculty Evaluation Task Force. During the retreat, members of the Task Force chaired groups of faculty interested in the components of the proposed evaluation process and related draft forms (Self-Review, Classroom Observation, Peer Review and Supervisor Review). The items below are the documented input received during the group discussions.
