HR training programs:
- New
Employee Orientation: Topics covered include:
overview of CCC, workplace ergonomics, compensation,
safety and security, parking, purchasing and sexual
harassment prevention. Contact HR for more information.
- Hiring
Committee Orientation: This training is
required for all selection committee. The training
orients committee members on College procedures, hiring
legal issues and effective screening and interview
techniques.
- Effective
Performance Appraisals: Offered annually, this
session is for both employees and supervisors.
Tips and research is shared on how to conduct appraisals
effectively. The College's process is also reviewed.

CCC/NAU
Cooperative Training Agreement:
- CCC
and NAU have a formal agreement to offer participation
in training sessions and access to training resources.
Employees may participate in most Human Resources
