Admissions Application

- Complete the Major area on the Admissions application with
a major
code listed in the schedule do not leave this area blank or
list "undeclared" or "undecided".
- Complete the Educational Goal area on the Admissions application
to state you are either a Degree/Certificate seeking (DC) student or
a Degree
to Transfer (DT) student.

List the month & year you graduated from high school,
homeshool; or received your GED (whichever applies).
- If you have attended a college, university, technical or vocational school after receiving
your high school / homeschool diploma or GED, you will need to request
an Official Academic Transcript from that school (even if
you didn't complete the course).

- Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, also called the FAFSA. These applications are available at the Office of Student
Financial Assistance (OSFA), OR you can complete the FAFSA through
FAFSA on the web

Paperwork you will need to complete the FAFSA (you may be asked to provide copies of this documentation to the OSFA):

Signed copies of your parents (if dependent)
and your 2007 federal tax return; if you're married
you will need to provide your spouse's information
§
Copies of all 2007 W-2's for
both you and your parent (if dependent); if you're married you will need to provide your spouse's information
