Student Responsibilities

• Enroll at CCC during the semester that accommodations are requested.
• Request accommodations in advance from the Disability Resources office each semester you are enrolled.
• Provide written documentation of your disability to the Disability Resources Coordinator.
• Make sure when you initiate services you understand how to coordinate and use your accommodation(s).
• Please plan ahead. It may take up to eight weeks to provide the necessary accommodations.
• Abide by the Student Code of Conduct set forth by the College.

• Request reasonable accommodations.
• Confidentiality of your disability information.
• Receive reasonable, on campus accommodations in order to participate in CCC academic courses and sponsored activities.
• Not be discriminated against due to your diagnosis.
