Student Responsibilities

Enroll at CCC during the semester that accommodations are requested.
Request accommodations in advance from the Disability Resources office each semester you are enrolled.
Provide written documentation of your disability to the Disability Resources Coordinator.
Make sure when you initiate services you understand how to coordinate and use your accommodation(s).
Please plan ahead. It may take up to eight weeks to provide the necessary accommodations.
Abide by the Student Code of Conduct set forth by the College.

You have a right to:

Request reasonable accommodations.
Confidentiality of your disability information.
Receive reasonable, on campus accommodations in order to participate in CCC academic courses and sponsored activities.
Not be discriminated against due to your diagnosis.
