Student Accounts

Your Student Network Account permits you to use campus computers in classrooms, the Student Computer Lab, Learning Enhancement Center, Language Lab and the 4th Street Learning Support Center.

  • Your student account will be set up at the start of the semester. Your ID will be your student ID # without the “@“ sign (example: 00099999);
  • Lab staff can enable your account and set a temporary password ). You will be prompted to change your password the first time you login. This password can be anything you like. Make it something you can remember .  Your student account will be deleted at the end of each semester. Save your files to you own media.

Web4 Students (online) allows you to access your admissions information, register and pay for classes, check financial aid status, and view transcripts, grades, or class schedules. 

  • Web4 is accessible from any computer with an Internet connection both on and off campus. Go to http://www.coconino.edu/prod and click on the "Login" link
  • Your Web4 User ID: is your Student ID Number, including the leading @ symbol (e.g.@000#####).
  • Your default Web4 PIN is your birth date (MM-DD-YY format).  You will be prompted to change your PIN to one with 6 digits (numbers) not your birthday.  This new PIN will be your WebCT PIN as well. You can click on “Forgot Pin” to reset it in Web4.

WebCT (online) is a course management system designed for education over the Internet. Your instructors log into WebCT to create a virtual "classroom" and facilitate online courses. You log into WebCT to access course materials, take exams or quizzes, and communicate with your instructor & classmates via email or in discussions or a chat room setting.

  • An online course will have "CCCWEB" as the location for the course in the class schedule.
  • WebCT is accessible from any computer with an Internet connection both on and off campus.
  • Your WebCT Password is the same as your Web4 PIN.  Set the PIN in Web4 first (click on link or see instructions above.).
  • Go to http://www.coconino.edu and click on the "Online Classes" link at the bottom of the page.
  • Your WebCT ID: is your Student ID Number including the @ (i.e. @000#####.)
  • Use your Web4 PIN to log in.
  • Classroom instructors frequently use WebCT to provide additional course materials, quizzes and other information.
