Technology Support Information & Contacts

Instructors: 

All software installation requests for the lab or computer classrooms must be arranged in advance of the semester you are teaching.  Please contact Jared Logan at 4347 for deadlines to add a software application to any of the computing environments.  This includes computer-equipped classrooms and labs.

Computer Lab assistants can reset most faculty accounts.  If you are having difficulties with staff email accounts, please use the HELP ticket or contact the ITS department at (928)226-4357 (ext. 4357 if on-campus).  If you are having difficulties with your staff account after CCC business hours, please call the Help Desk at (928)226-HELP (4357).

Fall 2008 HELP Desk Hours

Monday through Thursday 7am - 9 pm

Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Saturday 10 am - 3 pm

 

At other hours, leave a message with your name, your ID number, the nature of your problem, a local phone number, an email address and other information useful to solving your problem . We will be in touch during the next business hours.  

Problems with classroom computers should be directed to Jean Aston at extension 4342.  If she is not available, you can leave a message or contact the ITS HELP desk at extension 4357 during above hours.
