Adult Education
Classes are currently offered throughout Coconino County, open to all individuals that are lawfully present in the US. If you want to participate, check the course listing for the instruction that is best for you, then go to the center during scheduled hours to enroll. Click here for fee information.
If you plan to attend classes in Flagstaff, you must first attend a 9-hour orientation. Registration for orientation may be completed at one of the following sites during class hours:CCC 4th Street Campus - 3000 N. 4th Street (corner of 4th Street & Cedar/Lockett) At registration, you will be required to provide documentation of eligibility for services |

Courses
- Adult Basic Education (ABE) - for learners who need to improve basic reading, writing, and mathematics skills.
- GED Preparation provides instruction in the five content areas of the GED Test: Language Arts; Reading and Writing; Social Studies; Science; and Mathematics.
- Distance Learning is for learners who want to prepare for the GED Test through distance learning.
- English Language Acquisition for Adults (ELAA) is for people who want to learn the English language.

Purpose
As the need for a more skilled workforce continues to grow at an exponential rate, available and affordable access to basic education and life skills has become a necessity. Recognizing that many may be lacking the skills to adequately compete in this environment, the Coconino County Consortium provides adults of all backgrounds the opportunity to maximize their potential by equipping them with the skills necessary to improve their overall quality of life while becoming productive citizens of the community.
