Communicating privately with an Advisor online allows you to get more accurate information about your progress as a student. The only person who will have access to your message is the same person you would talk to in the Advising office at CCC.
Log-on to WebCT with your student ID and password. In the middle of the screen under "Course Lists" click on Student Resources and WebCT Orientation. You will now be able to choose the Advisor link and read the directions how to use email. Use the Mail tool. The link is near the top right of the window underneath the name of the course. Click on Mail then on the next page click Create Message. Browse for Recipients. Save and you'll be able to write your message to the advisor. Be sure to include a subject line.
If you have a general question you can email an Advisor at the Flagstaff Lone Tree Campus or email a specific Advisor. An advisor will get back with you as soon as possible! Remember to never include your student ID or social security number, because email is not secure.
