Transferring to Another Institution
Students intending to transfer to another institution should meet with an academic advisor to learn about the resources available and how to facilitate transfer of CCC credits to the university. Among these resources are the Course Equivalency Guide, which is used to determine transferability of CCC courses and AZTransfer, which is an online evaluation tool for transfer students.

Transfer Programs
Northern Arizona University
The CCC2NAU program offers a seamless transition from CCC to Northern Arizona University. Students are assigned to a NAU Academic Advisor who works from the Flagstaff Lone Tree Campus. Program participants receive an indivualized advising plan which maximizes the number of courses which apply to a bacchelaureate degree. Students also have access to university services while enrolled as a student at CCC. For more information and a complete list of program benefits visit: http://ccc2nau.info/

Arizona State University
The ASU Transfer Admissions Guarantee program (TAG) provides students with a prescribed sequence of coursework that meets the lower-division course requirements for an ASU major. When you complete your TAG, you will have met the requirements for your associate’s degree and be on track towards earning your bachelor’s degree. For a complete list of TAG programs and information about benefits of participation visit: http://transfer.asu.edu/coconino
