Measles, Mumps a Rubella. This can be done with your childhood vaccination record, adult vaccination record, or a blood titer.

Tdap vaccination (tetnus, diphtheria &
pertussis
) This can be done with your childhood vaccination record and/or adult vaccination record.

• A negative TB/PPD skin test result must
be within 6 months of the beginning of
class. It takes 2-3 days to “read” a TB test
result, so time your test accordingly.
