Payment plan 

Nelnet provides a payment plan option for students. This plan is not a loan and does not incur interest. However, Nelnet does charge a $30.00 non-refundable enrollment fee and missed payments incur a $30.00 late fee. To sign up, a credit card or bank account is required.
